S&S Land Company works closely with the Army Corps of Engineers to help preserve the integrity of the waterfront at Table Rock Lake. Preserving the integrity of the land is a promise we made to ourselves more than 20 years ago and it shows in our Pinnacle Shores, The Lodges of Pinnacle Shores, and Lake Ridge Subdivision communities here on Table Rock.

Contracting
At S&S Land Company, we take contracting seriously. With more than 20 years' experience in helping people build the home of their dreams, we understand the importance of ensuring professional performance from start to finish. Our specialty is rustic lodge-style homes with an elegant touch, but we can build custom homes based on your requirements.
One thing that separates us from our competitors is the fact that we own all of our equipment. From the smallest 2 bedroom to a luxurious multi-million dollar mansion, we take pride in paying attention to detail.
Here are a few of the contracting services we provide:
- Examine and interpret clients' plans or coordinate plans to meet building codes.
- Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval.
- Coordinate inspections of building work in progress.
- Organize and schedule subcontractors to carry out various stages of construction.
- Negotiate rates of pay for all subcontractors.
- Calculate quantities of material required for project and schedule delivery dates.
- Supervise the work of subcontractors to ensure quality of construction.
